Foundations

Designed for those new to the Megaformer or looking to refine their technique. This class moves at a deliberate pace, focusing on the core principles of the Lagree Method: effective transitions, proper alignment, and breath control. You’ll learn how to navigate the machine while building the fundamental strength required for our signature flow.

FORM Core

Our signature all-levels class designed to push your limits, centered around core integration, muscular endurance, and toning. Expect a total-body workout that emphasizes slow-twitch muscle activation, constant tension, and that signature Lagree "shake." Modifications and advancements are offered throughout, making this accessible for everyone.

FORM Burn

Elevate your practice in our intermediate to advanced level class. FORM Burn is designed for those who have mastered the foundations and are ready for faster transitions, advanced variations, and extended time under tension. We skip the basics and dive straight into complex sequences that test your physical endurance and mental grit.
